After providing superlative legal services for 17 years with Marshall, Roth & Gregory, Gay retired in July 2026. 

To her colleagues she has been much more than an excellent attorney, being both delightful and earnest in her relationships.  Although we will miss seeing her on a daily basis, we are 100% behind her plan to enjoy life after law and have some fun.

Surprising to no one, prior to leaving, Gay worked diligently with Tai. C. Hensley to facilitate a smooth transfer of Gay’s ongoing estate planning and administration work.
